Our Design Concierge service is perfect for small-scale projects where you take the lead! After reviewing your design needs and understanding your aesthetic, we provide our design expertise and detailed plans to help you achieve a professionally designed space at your own pace and budget. This service is well-suited for those who seek assistance in idea creation, space planning, furniture scale & layout before buying retail, finishing off a space with decor & art, paint/wallpaper consultation, custom window treatment & upholstery items, and/or needing assistance purchasing trade items. This service provides tailored guidance to help bring your vision to life and is ideal if you prefer a hands-on approach with a desire to execute on design yourself and at your own pace.
our process – how it works
01. Discovery
To get started we have a quick call to get to know you, share how we work, and go over project scope, budget, and desired timelines. Then, we meet in person for an initial visit.
02. Design
Here comes the fun part! We send you homework followed by capturing measurements. Then we have a design concept meeting to review aesthetic, color palette, and floor plans before getting into materials and furniture selections.
03. Ordering
Next up is procurement of items we selected. We track and receive all items and keep you updated along the way.
Depending on size and scope of project we may utilize a receiving warehouse for their expert services.
04. Install
Working closely with your general contractor, we ensure all aspects of our design are completed properly. We conduct site visits and communicate often to ensure the process is smooth for you. Once work on your home is complete we get everything placed according to the design and celebrate with you!
