Renovations & Builds
Take the stress out of remodels & new home builds – well most of it anyway. When partnering with NHI you can focus on living your life in Pawleys Island while we manage every aspect of the project for you to craft your dream home. Working hand-in-hand with your builder or contractor, we bring the interior design vision to life through floorplans, customizations, and building material selections. Our design process is detailed + in-depth from initial concept to final completion. Designing your dream home should be enjoyable and we deliver on that belief to our clients.
Full Interior Decorating
Our interior decorating service creates the magic of a timeless, southern contemporary home. This comprehensive service encompasses initial concept to detailed design development, procurement of furnishings, and the seamless installation of every piece. We handle the entire process ensuring both a functional and cohesive flow that improves your daily life, with a design that reflects your style and vision. We deliver a beautifully finished space that’s thoughtfully crafted from top to bottom whether transforming a single room or an entire home.
One Day Consult
If you want to refresh a room, but aren’t sure where to start, that’s okay. In our One Day Consult we delve into your design questions and ideas in-person providing our expertise on space planning, furniture layout, new furnishings, paint color/wallpaper, window treatments and more. During this 4-hour consultation we will review your priorities, discuss potential solutions, and build a plan for you. This consultation takes place in your home and includes access to trade-exclusive products (fabrics, wallpaper, & furniture) and samples from our library.
our process – how it works
01. Discovery
To get started we have a quick call to get to know you, share how we work, and go over project scope, budget, and desired timelines. Then, we meet in person for an initial visit.
02. Design
Here comes the fun part! We send you homework followed by capturing measurements. Then we have a design concept meeting to review aesthetic, color palette, and floor plans before getting into materials and furniture selections.
03. Ordering
Next up is procurement of items we selected. We track and receive all items and keep you updated along the way.
Depending on size and scope of project we may utilize a receiving warehouse for their expert services.
04. Install
Working closely with your general contractor, we ensure all aspects of our design are completed properly. We conduct site visits and communicate often to ensure the process is smooth for you. Once work on your home is complete we get everything placed according to the design and celebrate with you!
